For those needing injectable treatments as part of medication-assisted therapy (MAT) for addiction support, I provide in-person visits in a clinical setting. In-person visits may also be required for initial evaluations and periodic urine drug screens.

Virtual or In-office appointments
Addiction Support/Mental Health:
In-office appointments are typically reserved for those requiring injections and drug screening for addiction support. If you do not require either please book a virtual appointment.
*If you are a new client here for addiction support and are requesting a prescription for oral MAT (e.g. Suboxone) during your first visit, please book an in-office appointment. Drug screening is required.
If you are a new client requesting an injectable medication
(e.g. Vivitrol, Sublocade, or Brixadi), you may book a virtual or in-office appointment to discuss. Injectable medication is not available same-day.
In-office appointments are currently available in Peachtree Corners on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Addiction and Mental Health Pricing
Appointments are $200 per visit. Insurance is not accepted for visits, however it may be used to cover the cost of injectable medications.
Regenerative Medicine/Peptide Therapy
20-Minute Virtual Consults are $50.
The consult fee will be applied to your purchase of peptides.
